I am writing this complaint as I am currently traveling in Seabird bus from Bangalore to Pune. I wish I had something good to say about this travel company. This is my first time that I am traveling with Seabird and it’s turning out to be a nightmare. Right from the start, the scheduled departure was at 1:30 pm but threre was no bus till 2:20. They arranged a small bus for pickup which was in horrible condition. Once the final bus came which was also in bad condition, that too was late.
If you prefer good buses with less disturbance on the road then please stay the f**k away from Seabird. But if you want to have a roller-coaster experience with very adventurous bumps throughout the journey then book your tickets with Seabird without a second thought.
If you want to be treated by a polite and professional staff and enjoy your journey then don’t you even think about Seabird. God will punish you otherwise for even thinking about this crime.
But if you want the staff to slam the door on your face when you ask to stop the bus for a minute so that you can urinate and almost abuse you. Bingo, you have come to the right place people. You will never forget this experience. Half of my journey is still pending. Let’s see what kind of experience is waiting for me ahead. Fingers crossed.
But one thing for sure, as this is my first time journey with this “out of the world” travel company, this will definitely be the last one for me and my known people. Oh yeah baby.
Worst bus service to Goa from Bangalore. Was late by 3 hours and lotttt of bed bugs in the bus...will never travel again.
One of the worst bus service is sea bird ! Enroute to bangalore from dharwad bus was stopped in the mid night , and said us to get down as Bus is repaired s there where many girls in the bus and weather was so chilled, the bus driver said us from here you all take the Ksrtc bus and SEABIRD WILL refund you but when we spoke to the call centre 080-22288888 he says we don’t have any policy of refunding money if Bus gets repaired nor we take responsibility of passangers to send them in other Bus ! There where 40 passangers everyone was help less in the mid night ..
Someone with the name kumar he is brother of owner speaks worstest language says I don’t care what ever u want u do it .
My concern is about the safety of the passengers and service of the bus

I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Udupi for the date 4/02/18 at end moment driver denied to come to the scheduled pick up point
DONR EVER TRAVEL WITH SEABOED TOURIST BUS,THEY ARE A BIG LIER AND DONT CARE ABOUT CARE TIME,THEY WILL SEND YOU MESSAGE THAT DUE TRAFFIC IT WILL BE DELAYED BY 1 HOUR, THEY TAKES AROUND 10HRS TO REACH BANGLORE EVEN AFTER NOT TAKING ANY BREAK IN BETWEEN NEITHR THEY PROVIDE WATER OR ANYTHING

Bull shit experience.. 12:30 p.m departure time but bus didn't arrival. After 4:30 p.m they send a waste bus for pickup to drop at Pune.. don't travel in this bus.. stop travelling..
Worst lofers doesn't have time sense , doesn't respond for calls, drivers will blame management for delay and vice versa stupid travel don't travel these buses zero rating buses
What a bad service from Seabird. Yesterday bus picked me 1hr late. I am traveling to Murudeshwara. The bus was scheduled to reach 7:30am. But still not yet reached the destination. Presently I am at Honavar. What a bad service!!
